Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. All data is:

• Encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS
• Protected with Row Level Security — meaning you can only access your own data
• Never shared with other BatchBoss users

We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We share data only with the following trusted service providers:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Resend — email delivery for invoices and account notifications

6. Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be deleted right away. Your business data will also be permanently deleted when your account is closed.
